On account of its maximum UV transmission and excellent resistance to both UVA and UVB radiation, PLEXIGLAS SUNACTIVE^® GS is employed for highly transparent tanning bed glazing by leading international manufacturers of professional tanning equipment. PLEXIGLAS SUNACTIVE^® GS is also excellently suited for medical heat therapy devices.
PLEXIGLAS SUNACTIVE^® GS Clear 2458 in 8 mm thickness is particularly suitable for glazing the bottom section of tanning beds because this material retains its superior properties even under the toughest service conditions.

PLEXIGLAS SUNACTIVE® XT Clear 24770
This material is an alternative for the canopies of home tanning beds. It shows the same high UV transmission and good resistance to UVA and UVB radiation as PLEXIGLAS SUNACTIVE^® GS 2458.
