What is the fire rating of PLEXIGLAS^® molding compounds?

PLEXIGLAS^® molding compounds and moldings made from them are combustible, like all organic substances. According to DIN 4102, PLEXIGLAS^® burns with a luminous, non-sooty flame and emits (non-burning) droplets. PLEXIGLAS^® is classed B2, normally flammable, to DIN 4102 Part 1 (August 1998).
